Teutonic chapter house

Is there an event to trigger the option for hre to build the chapter house at Hamburg and Magdeburg?

I checked descr_buildings file, there is "not event counter inquisition 1" after hidden resources teutonic_chapter_house. After i delete it, I can see the chapter house in the building list.

On late campaign Hamburg is fortress already and still you cannot build chapter house because of this "not event counter inquisition 1"
After you delete it it seems okay and you can build them. Not quite sure what does this trigger mean though. Note: my standing with pope are Perfect and no inquisitors on map, yet I can't build chapter house...

Plus dont you have to have crusaded first? To get the required points to build one.

At the beginning clermont is a town, and in its building's browser, the knights templar is there but it's grey.

For Hamburg, teutontic is not in the browser at all.

So in early the HRE has to wait til the Teutonic Order event to build their orders?

No sure this makes sense, being that the Order was in Jerusalem, Acre, Hungary long before they decided to make a permanent homeland in the Baltics.

Yeah but Late Campaign starts at 1220 and you still can't build it from the beginning. So unless its before 1225 something is messed up...

Crusade Army Created= 25 points, Neighbor Region is 50% Pagan or Greater =10 points, Governors Chivalry is or Greater= 5 points (per turn). If your king joins crusade, it is additional points too. So creat crusade, join your king, join some other generals too, hire crusader mercs. Leave Chivalric Governor in that province (all applays for same province), in a few turns you will get offer to build teutonic house there.

No, you can build it up until 1225. After that you are out of luck.

Yes something's messed up. open \data\world\maps\base\descr_regions.txt
and search for this:
teutonic_knights_chapter_house

See if those regions have this.
