When do Crusader Sergeants become available for The Crusader States?

It appears they were removed. I don't know why.

There's still a listing in the EBU for them.
I don't know for sure, but I'd take a wild guess and say they are available only during crusades?

They are not the same files export_descr_unit.txt in data folder while export_units.txt in the data\text folder.

Yes, the fact that The Crusader States starts off with a couple of Crusader Sergeants units threw me off.
