Default 6.4 No Huge Cities and Citadels Problem

First i have to say that i really love the SS Mod, but with 6.4 there is one Thing that really sucks.

I mainly play with Turks or other eastern Factions like Cumans. So i know the Problem of weak Infantry and no heavy Armor Footsoldiers in the early Campaign. Thats not the Problem but with the new Update for the City and Castle growing mainly the Turks get a big Problem.
I'm around Turn 180 and conquered around 50 Provinces around my starting Pos. But because i don't have Citadels i get no real Infantry, no Heavy Spearmen no Hassham. My Infantry is normally Ottomans atm( damn nice units for sure, but if you only have 1 kind of infantry in your Army it's a bit sad), before that i used Milita Units. The Cavalry didn't changed since the start i only use a few Ghulams now to counter heavy Knights.
The Egypts, Moors and Khwarezmian didn't have that Problem they can get a nice setup with a Fortress, some units for example with my Turks: ( Always my "best Unit" in the Category)
Saracene Militia ( Dismounted Siphapis didn't count if you have War with nearly everyone^^)
Ottoman Infantry ( My best "Heavy Infantry" and my best Bowmen atm)
Fari Cavalry ( Damn nice mounted Archers for sure less in Numbers but strong, the Problem damn expensive too)
Ghulams ( After 100 Turns i got my first real Heavy Cavalry Unit)
Thats it! I normally have to use lots on Militia Stuff, standart Horsearchers and Mercenarys to compensate my little Numbers of own real Infantry and Cavalryunits.
Sure i can win with them, but there are really nice Units i can't use atm. And it's damn boring to use always the same Stuff.

Now my Questions, can someone Explain me how to remove that Feature again? Or how i can change the settings that i can build Hasham for example in a Fortress. I tried it myself but it seems like i always forget to change a script.

Sry for my english but i i'm damn tired atm^^

You have to master the "growing" technique. Use the highest chivalry generals (generals with chivalry get population growing bonuses in the city/castle they are in) and start building early on farms (again, for population growth bonuses) (as soon as you can build a farm, build it.) . The earlier you begin this process the faster you'll get them (the big castles/cities). I always concentrate on city ports like that to grow their economy as fast as possible, and on a specific "castle" for recruiting the professionals.

My highest chivalry with a General was 3 or 4 i normally have Dread, k perhaps because of my Playstyle but no solution with 6.4, i normally get new generals with 1-2 Dread. And it's really difficult to be chivalric if you have more than one enemy, every dead model more is a win.^^
Search and Destroy is the only Way with Gracul Ai in my opinion but that means nearly no chivalry points. And if i get some i always have to use them for my Citys because of the Portupgrades thats the best moneymaking machine you can get.

Try to balance every generals, use some generals with dread for military campaign and use generals for administration stays in cities and reduce your taxes to the lowest level, that way your pop. will grow quicker and your general will be chivalrious.

The problem with low taxes is that the governor gets bad traits. So keep the taxes down for a few turns and set them back to normal after that.

There's nothing perfect, all good things have drawback, yes you have better chance do get bad traits like that but dreaded generals get lower money and less developping settlements.

You only get the bad traits when a building is finished. Set the taxes to high before it is finished (make sure you have a green happy face) and then back to low when the building is finished.

Anyone else having problems with random outbreaks of plague? It seems to be more frequent in 6.4 than 6.3.

I had 4 before turn 60. Not fun at all especially with the slower growth.
