    Default How to uninstall?

I need to uninstall it for another mod. How would I go about uninstalling it?

Why would you need to uninstall it for another mod? FATW is modfoldered, which means it doesn't affect other mods or vanilla in any way...

If you still want to uninstall it (to save disk space or whatever), simply delete the "ci" folder that's inside your rtw/bi directory.

I ran Chivalry total war and The New Shadow came up.

Then you've probably installed somehting incorrectly or your shortcuts are mixed up (I have both Chiv and FATW installed atm, as well as many other mods).

Afaik ChivTW uses its own launcher exe, through which it launches the game, maybe that's the problem. If you don't want to go through the hassle of chekcing, uninstalling and reinstalling, you can 'circumvent' that, by creating a new shortcut for your RTW-BI.exe (on your Desktop), right-clicking on it, going to Properties and adding " -mod:chivalry -show_err -nm" at the end of the Target line. You'll miss Chiv's intro video, but everything else will work just fine.

Well, I did that, now it goes to the screen that has the logo, then goes to the desktop, then I click on it and it's The New Shadow o.O

Something is quite wrong with your installation if the above shortcut launches TNS...

Did you install TNS manually or through the installer?

Through the installer, I did both with the installer.. On the Chivalry installer I selected BI and might of put it in the RTW folder, could that be why?

I can't be sure of how the Chiv installer works, but I believe there's no difference between versions as to where the "chivaly" modfolder goes (inside the main RTW directory).

I am perplexed as to how a chivalry shortcut would launch FATW though, given that they are in different folders.
Well, if things are that messed up, I suggest you uninstall fatw (delete the 'ci' folder inside bi) and Chiv, and try installing again. Chivalry first and then fatw, just to be sure.

So just un install both and just install them again?
Sorry for the inconvenience, just needed help with it so I didn't end up screwing more up

Uninstalling both seems like a logical thing to do, if things are as messed as they appear to be.
