    Default Custom battles crashing 6.4

    Hello all,

    Sorry if this has been brought up before (i looked and didn't find anything) but every time I hit "start deployment" on the custom battle map my game crashes back to desktop, as far as I can tell my campaigns are still working as advertised. I am running SS 6.4 w/ meneth's mod (name escapes me) which includes selection of heir, L.L.P, and whatnot. On a separate note when I disabled L.L.P. and start a new campaign I still get 5 year old generals only now they don't have all the child traits and act as normal generals only they are 10 years younger... Which btw those are some incredibly large 5 year olds, what were they feeding those kids back then?

    Do you try using Knights hospitallers with armor upgrades in the custom battle??? this is a bug that is being worked on...

    Meneths agening script is correct... the general should be seen as the "mentor" until the boy comes of age... I know that it is a bit bizzarre, but this way, the generals can get an education and some nice growing-up-traits with that...

    No i was using longbow men that i had edited to be armor piercing again vs some random french knights to see the results, when my game crashed I put the original file back and did it again with the same crash... On the 5 yr thing I thought that disabling LLP would bring me back to the normal 14-15 yr old coming of age...

    Custom battles are broken in MSC. I don't know why.
    The 5 year old bug was fixed several versions ago.

    Yes, CTD in custom battles is a known bug, the other one you should post in his bug reports thread.

    I've been doing some unit testing and I keep getting crashes in about 90% of the custom battles I start.

    I was testing units earlier, 1 vs 1, and had no problems. I haven't done a whole lot of testing though...

    Ok this is weird. I was doing a unit test on Grassy Plain. No crashes at all. I then went to load up the exact same battle (same units as before) but on Nordic Lake and it CTD'd as soon as the loading screen appeared.

    Good to see I am not only one with custom battle crashes.... mine is quite awkward, I can load battle and get to commander speech. However, as soon as I hit continue to goto deployment stage.... CTD, so my guess is the UI is maybe causing this?

    well when i start the battle, the general speech, no UI (no map, unit cards etc.) however as soon as I hit continue to goto deployment phase, CTD

    i was having a quick battle an evrything was ok, i finished the battle but when i started to play another quick battle after deploying my troops and started the batttle BOOM! CTD
