Hello
If an army is attacking and on an enemy territory, my army is reducing fast.
It seems that the ai don't have that problem.
How can i reduce the impact of it??

actually the AI does suffer attrition, which can be used to great effect (if you scorch the land infront of an invading army that is already way over suppliy limits, it both can wreck the army and drive up enemy war exhaustion). The AI isnt suffering since they have a higher support limit in their own territory, so do you (it works for captured provinces too.)
Anyway, i dont know how to mod it out, but to avoid it just look at the province's troops support limit and try to only put that many regiments in the provence. (when you select an army and hold your mouse over a province, it should show a number like 20/30 for example. the 20 would be regiments selected, 30 is how many you can put there before taking attrition damage.) I believe the amount of attrition damage directly relates to how far over the support limit you are, so it is very important to watch.

If your country is quite large you don't even have to scorch earth. If the enemy army is really big, simply let it go in, then retake the provinces once they move on and avoid battle until they suffer enough attrition.
Of course if your country is large and has a bigger army you don't have to do that. But if army sizes are more or less even, you'll have a better chance of wiping theirs out totally if they're suffering attrition, not you.
Scorched earth can be used very effectively in EU3. You want to avoid using it on your rich main provinces, though, so it is best to focus it on a few buffer provinces where you can't afford to send more forces. It is especially useful in Siberia where the provinces can't sustain large numbers of provinces if you happen to be fighting the Ming.
Keep in mind to use scorched earth with your cavalry. The speed is useful.
