    Default Mordor's upkeep costs...

Ive noticed that the upkeep costs for the Black Numenorians actually increase every turn. I changed the upkeep cost of them to 200, and each turn, they would increase by around 50. This is no good for my economy, as I have 9 nazguls. Every turn, my army upkeep goes up and I cant make money even if i disband all my units. Any ideas on how to stop this?

No. Also, I've noticed that units on an invasion arent really free of upkeep, as my army upkeep stays the same even after i join an invasion. Idk, though. Might just be glitched for me.

that's problem; because all joined units are exempt from upkeep during invasion

If you don't need 9 nazgul (and I highly doubt that you would), you could always wage a campaign with some them and them alone on Gondor's field armies until either your army is dead or Gondor's are gone.

You could try redownloading the mod.

Using the 9 nazguls mod makes Mordor unplayable because of this; the best thing honestly is to just change their upkeep to 0. Or something tiny like 50 if you don't want to cheat that badly.

Although you can sequester up to six of them by taking over the forts around Minas Tirith; forts have 2 free upkeep slots that apply to any unit no matter what.

There aren't too many forts in the game, but the ones that are there might as well use. Gondor has a pretty sweet setup in that regard, if they can take the settlements on the river they get quite a lot of units with free upkeep every turn. 6 from the forts (which can be anything including generals), 4 at Minas Tirith, 4 West Osgiliath, 4 East Osgiliath, and 3 Cair Andros all for zero upkeep.

Don't forget the fort on the road going to Rohan.

    That's 23 units all together.

Call an invasion and don´t take the objective settlement while your economy grown.
