Okay I installed the patch, the path was Sega/Medieval/Medieval-Kingdoms/Call of Warhammer etc, something like that and it's still all in Russians. Also get those annoying CTD sometimes when going in custom battle.
What can I do to install the patch correctly? please help.

Ah yes, CoW automatically puts it in Medieval-Kingdoms rather than SEGA/Medieval 2/ mods.
