There's not much that you can do other than uninstall the game by manually removing the Registry keys left behind and then re-install the game.
Here's a guide to manually removing the game: http://shoguntotalwar.yuku.com/topic/24456
Good luck!

Do you have Administrative rights to those files?

Use Howie's Quick Screen Capture, save as .jpg and attatch. It's free.
If you have Kingdoms installed, you will have five of thees entries with the same date if you installed them at the same time.
C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{CEDDEE73-3D36-41C2-AA40-29355D9FBD63}
Delete them and reboot.
no i didnt install them at same time or have an install wizard file
All those are registry enries CA's pos uninstaller was supposed to remove.
Click on each one and open the setup.ini in Notepad. If the program say Medieval II Total War or Kingdoms, delete it. The line I posted is one of the the Kingdoms campaigns and will give you a good starting point.
Good thing some things haven't changed much since DOS.
How do i open it in notepad?
You should just be able to click on it and open there. Mine does.
If not, two ways, rightclick setup.ini and pick it from the menu or open Notepad and search for them.
neither of those work shall i jsut delete everything? and also i tried to download it onmy main computer and it says cant identify laungade or something
Delete the folder or at least move it to your desktop. Try running a registry cleaner, too.
