Start-of-game finances / manual?
Hey guys,
Apologies if this is somewhere obvious; I couldn't find it in the Guides section. Is there a manual of some sort, that tells you how to turn on and off Scutage and all that jazz (perhaps this is BGR specific?)? I'm having a terrible time as England, starting off with anywhere from -12k to -30k per turn from scripted costs related to my nobility. It's not broken down very well, and I'm finding it impossible to turn it around. All armies disbanded, all settlements on max tax, and still losing 15k/turn to the scripted stuff. Anyone know what this is, or can point me to some guide for how to solve this? Kill off generals?
Thanks!
