    Default Printer Problem

    Just bought a new Dell V131w printer not a month ago and i am having a serious problem with it. I am getting constant paper jams. I don't know why the paper is getting jammed, i have looked in the printer and see no obstructions that could cause this. i think the printer head my be mal-functioning, but i am not sure. Or it could be a factory-defect. Can anyone help me on this?

    It should still be under warranty so have Dell fix or replace it.
