Increasing movement points is involved in either descr_chracter.txt. AFAIK, you'll have to unpack the game.
If I recall correctly, you need to change the action points to a higher number, if you want more movement.
thx but this would increase the movement of any unit that end the turn with a named character
That's all we have to work with.
So you can't change action points via the campaign script?
Check the Docudemons. You can with traits.
I meant without traits. I'm assuming that's a no.
Just to clarify: Your assumption is correct.
And to add: Move points are most likely worked out at characterturnstart. I think I remember that a trait needs to be applied before then in order to have an effect on movement points. So probably characterturnend is the time to check the character and apply the trait accordingly.

It is a no. There are no cheat codes for it.
IF you have an army with a family member, there is the move_character cheat but not always perfect. If you have another agent with the same name, the game may move him instead.
In a faction that mostly are given names with no surnames, it's easy to get two or more family members with the same name. How do you attatch lables that the cheat recognizes?
No i was referring to something else for move_character thing in script one needs a name for that character so in the script itself one can put the label right from start to avoid confusion.![]()
You're right, but I think irishron asked about the other characters, which are not in descr_strat or in the campaign_script, but are adopted, bribed or grown up or married to a princess.
