I don't see a problem. What do you mean?

EDIT: oh wait I see it now. That happens sometimes when fighting on a custom battle map, and even rarely in vanilla. I'm not aware of any fix for it though, I usually either don't notice it, or I just live with it.

It´s just a slight elevation in the terrain.
I think the makers made it deliberately, to simulate mud or something like that.
But don´t worry, it doesn´t affect the soldier in any way, and once they get out on plain ground you should see their feet again.

It happens to me constantly.
Not so often when the ground is almost flat, like in this case, but almost always when moving up and down a slope or gentle hillside.

That's a mod and an issue the mod team should be aware about it and i'm pretty sure it has an easy fix where we can adjust the height on the solider above the ground can't remember which file has that info.
