No...i really cannot understand whats wrong. I just made a fresh installation of SS 6.3, SS 6.4 and then your submod. I tried a campaign without it before and everything worked fine. Then i applied your submod and bang....when i selected the early era the game kick me back at the selection menù...i'm preatty sure i installed everything correctly, i had no others sub mods and i tried selecting only the savage Ai from the launcher...still the same problems...
Edit: Ok i managed to solve the problem by myself, i dunno why but i had some weird problems with the path of installation. Even if i installed the whole thing as per instruction, when I started my early campaign some of the files, the decr_strat for sure, reverted back to the vanilla ones, so i have to change those files even in data/campaign/early. Now it seems to work.
Well everyone, I will show some spoils regarding the Crusader States Roster:
-Less "Templar", they are almost disappear (except the Knight Templar)
-More "Latin", based of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem.
-Quite Mercenary based.
-More stronger, they will hold much more longer than 70 turns.
-Nearly a complete revamp roster. Many powerful mercenaries.
Will any of this ever be compatible with Meneths release?

Of course, I'll also give you how the CS will work.
1)The early Crusader States is quite new, there's almost no professional troops, mostly based on mercenaries coming from the West and auxiliaries. Since the roster is based on mercenaries, the CS economy will be harsh to administrate. I'll do a script that saids the Pope will help that faction with financial and troops aid.
2)The Later period of the Crusader States is flourishing with a solid feudal system and professional troops. The early mercenary based roster will be replaced by that roster at the the Council of Troyes.
3)And one more thing, another script will be created when the CS will lose the most important pieces of the Holy Land; Jerusalem and Antioch. When that will happen, the Pope will send some reinforcement to help the faction.
FYI when I try to install your sub mod as follows.
Fresh install of 6.3 then 6.4 then copying your data folder over gives a CTD at start.

I tried a quick test today with your updated EDU (from post #77) and got the following error in my log.
