    Yep. There is no "Medieval is suffering from an error..." - like window that pops out. It just goes back to desktop.

    Ok, go at page 13, at post #245, I upload fixes for the early campaign. Install them and hopefully it will works.

    Oh yeah I feel really stupid for not thinking of that. The same thing was happening to me (CTD without any errors) when I installed this submod because I didn't see the fixes on page 13. When I put in the fixes it worked.

    Don't feel stupid, there's a lot of pages and the files are quite spread wildly within the thread. When my final version will comes out, I'll start a new thread and probably a new installer for easier installation.

    /edit: Reinstalled everything and it works... Only god knows why.

    Btw: Could it be, because usually I edit the deafult.cfg so I can defend in Hotseat games (Playing a lot with a buddy of mine at 1 Computer.. so actuall, real Hotseat )? I use this changes: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...31#post6466331

Well, it annoying but disinstall SS 6.4, do a good clean-up by using easycleaner or something similar. Reinstall SS 6.4, redownload the submod and the fixes and install the submod. You only takes the submod at the first thread and the fixes at p. 13. Do this and tell me if it works. Also, what are you using? If it's Vista or Window 7, turn off the UAC if not already done.

    A new picture of a unit, the new model of the Royal Hirdsmenn (will be renamed Kong's Stormenn). Model is from Sicilian Vesper mod (credit for their generosity)

    Think the final version will work with Disable RR? I would really like to try your updated factions especially scotland but I really hate RR, I understand it makes it more historically correct but I like my armies to feel like they're mine.

    EDIT: Most of all I hate waiting multiple turns to train troops.

    Awesome Units BG,

    i think the Axes of the Scottish Units have a bit too big Axeblade. And as you mentioned before.....plz dont make a install programm or go two ways. I get always problems because of the vista like in meneths compliation which i cant play. Normal overwrite should be available too.

    Loving the hirdsmenn, did their axes shrink though? Always seemed so massive when they sent poor sods flying
    Interesting name though, it's modern Scandinavian translation would be something like "Big men" or "Storm men".
    However, i think the correct name would be "Kongens Stormenn" for example ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Ma..._Kongens_Garde ) Yes, Scandinavians aren't very fond of apostrophes, and "Kongens" as a plural makes absolutely no sense.
    I'm a Norwegian myself, so I could help out with naming if you need Keep up the great work!

    Edit: UNLESS you're going for old Norse, which I don't know much about. I'm pretty sure "Konungr" or "Kongungr" is the Old norse (Western) word for King
