To be quite honest, I've seen time and time again well experienced players ragging on the new/novice players, and I've always had trouble coming to terms with that. My policy has always been either help those who want it, or leave those along who don't. There is really no point in making conflict with the "noobs" or cheaters and liars on the game, no matter how much they may piss you off, since it just leads to conflict. And keep in mind that people change, so making a bad name for them, or the people they associate with may come back to bite you someday, since who knows they could turn out to be a really good player, who along with their skill is respectable and friendly. So really guys, making Steam groups and blacklisting certain people is just not cool (even if they are a complete and total arse). If you want to hold a grudge, hold it. But don't make communities based around not playing certain people, they bought the game just like us, and if they are going to be asses while playing it, YOU can avoid them. But don't go spreading their name in a bad way, because then (atleast in my opinion) it makes you just as much, (or maybe even more) of an arse than them.
