    Default I think my laptop died

    I was on the internet when a blue screen pops up saying things like "Preparing disk for dump" etc. What is wrong? I tried restarting it a few times but all I get is "A disk read error occured press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" help!?

    Seems the boot loader has gone corrupt use windows repair system to fix it or reinstall windows again.
    And it's not dead.

    Like Ishan said, at the very worst your OS is screwed up. The laptop is fine.
