hello, i know this question isn`t new for you, but i thought that at 210 BC and when you have 1 imperial palace in italy- the reforms are coming. now i`m at 209 BC and nothing happend-- i have 3 imperial palaces and i`m also in civil war

what i have to do to get the reforms???

Sometimes you have to just wait, its random after that point. In 6.0 it will be when you build and imperial palace, but in 1.2 patch its random after 220bc.

The longest I see was 187BC that was with one of my own campaigns, and I WAS beginning to worry. but they happened.

Well in 6.0 its when you build a palace which is nice in a way, but also a pain as I had to adjust the build time of the palace so it doesnt happen too quickly.

nice though, opens up a whole lot of possibilities for strategic planning for exactly when you want the reforms to hit.

Will the other factions building one also trigger the reforms instantly?

Nope only in Rome. And since you own Rome and most likely Sicilia you can delay them as long as you want. lol ;-)

No its just common knowledge. The date is 220BC and requires and imperial palace in Italy. Also its random after 220BC so it can happen any time after that point assuming you have a palace in italy. IN 1.5 it just requires a palace in Italy no dates.
