Just use same cheats like in vanilla RTW...

Jesus!! lotta cheats...thanks....
p.s i tried the vanilla cheats and they didnt work??
They definitely do work ive been using them for months on RS2
How are you typing them in?
Aulus Petillius Vespasianus: Patrician, Senator, Age 32
some of the cheats work only through show_me scripts, e.g. spawn_army, perfect_spy etc. You need to write a show_me script if you want to see its effects. I can recall few ones working from game console:
add_money
process_cq
give_trait
create_unit
move_character
show_cursorstat
toggle_fow
so press "~" key and type it in you will see the effects.

process_rq DOES work however in the mac port of RTW with the newest patch![]()

HOW I PUT CORRECTLY THE CHARACTHER NAMES IN ORDER TO WORK!!
I can make the cheats to work cause the game always says to me "character not found"
Iam typing exactly
character_reset Gnaeus the Coward(the answer of the game is character not found)
Then i try to type the name without spaces GnaeustheCoward , again the same thing then i type it like that Gnaeus_the_Coward again the same! Iam not misspeling the name i type exactly what i see...
ANd yes process_rq Doesnt work at all
MACEDONIA ETERNAL GREEK KINGDOM
It's because Gnaeus the Coward isn't his name...
You have to know his original name before he became the coward...
BTW
Why use cheats when playing a serious campaign?
I just don't get it...
I only used cheats when I first played RS2 to get the hang of it and discover the new stuff they did...More like a fun campaign only...
After that, I started a new campaign without cheats...
i wanted it just for the coward thing, in order to get rid of the coward characterization.
I have used it also for the original names before they got a nickname
MACEDONIA ETERNAL GREEK KINGDOM
the solution for the coward trait has been posted a few times already..
look for the export_descr_character.txt file
and look for these entrys
Trigger battle4
WhenToTest PostBattle
Condition GeneralNumKillsInBattle = 0
and PercentageEnemyKilled > 10
Affects Coward1 1 Chance 25 (set it to 1...this one is dumb)
Trigger battle4a
WhenToTest PostBattle
Condition not WonBattle
and GeneralNumKillsInBattle = 0
and PercentageEnemyKilled < 10
Affects Coward1 1 Chance 10 (set it to 5)
Trigger battle7
WhenToTest BattleGeneralRouted
Affects Coward1 1 Chance 100 (set it to 10)
Trigger Withdraw_Before_Battle_Good_Odds
WhenToTest PreBattleWithdrawal
Condition IsGeneral
and I_WithdrawsBeforeBattle
and BattleOdds > 3
Affects Coward1 1 Chance 10 (set it to 5)
problem solved for the future
i know the recruitment cheat doesnt work...but if you play the feral port of RTW for the mac, it does work..both process_cq and process_rq work, not that its ever used![]()

Couple of ones that I've never gotten to work over the years include:
"list_characters" or "list_traits" or "list_ancillaries". The list ones have never worked for me. I'm probably doing something wrong though.
and I've never gotten "clear_messages" to work.
