Medieval Music, post here:

Hello,

Iam a great fan of the ''hollywood medieval music style'' but my question is has someone some
medieval music like that in their minds?
So I can play some songs when I play Medieval II Total war, its also relaxing when you just listen this often.
I've idea's to add some new music in the Medieval II total war game so there will be some variation in music.
So anyone with great medieval music can post it right here.

I think you would like the VikingRock; there are many bands in Sweden doing that, and some of it is very medieval-ish.
Some of the bands are just over-patriotic (if you know what I mean), but most of them are just tributing Northern and Central Europes´ glorious past.

More importantly, though, are you asking about a way to insert this music in the game?
While interesting, I must unfortunately say that I have no clue to how something like that would be done

I know in SS you just drop the file in Data-Sounds-SFX-Music and it will cycle in, never unpacked the OG game but I would figure it rolls the same way.

It doesn't works that way adding new music that is.

Aha, I figured it would be something like that.
But I´m pretty unexperienced when it comes to navigating among the game files, except for that one time when I made the Papal States playable...
Other than that, I´d be as good as lost on that matter... >_<

Nice medieval music list .

The Kingdom of Heaven soundtrack is one of the most EPIC soundtracks i've ever heard.

I wish Brazil had a cool past too. Only great war we have gone ( and played a main role ) was the war of the triple alliance.

Well, I´m no all-world professor, but the American continent has a history that stretches about 12-10 000 years back...
Surely, SOMETHING interesting must have happened in all those years.
Humans are, after all, anything but dull...

Besides, there are the Mayans, Aztecs, Zapotecs, Incas, Amazons - the Nazca lines, the super-size stone citites, the Pyramids...
Not to mention the last 500 years, which have been REALLY tumultuos (not sure I spelled that one right...)
