    Default Installation issues

    Hi!

I bought RTW Gold from gamersgate and after installing it and making sure it was the right version, 1.6, I tried to install RTR VII FoE but when it ask me for the right path to the BI folder it wont accept the one I have on my computer which is E:\Program\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War Gold Edition\BI. Anyone that can help me?

Sorry but no they have another problem, my problem is that the installer wont accept my path to BI, it actually "You must point to the valid Rome Total War - Barbarian Invasion Installation folder" and that is was I have done but it wont accept it, I cant even install the mod.

Looks like I have misunderstood some thing some were... Sorry for that!! But it turns out that it wont accept was me directing it into the BI folder, once I directed it to the RTWgold folder, which the BI folder is in, then everything installed fine and I have played the game a bit now. Sorry Vrosivs Avgvstvs Rakvs for misunderstanding you.

WOWWW!! Pretty big changes from the time I was involved in RTR, I was in the tech&support team around 2005. Completely new map and units, It is like a new game, this will take some time to get into...but looks like a fun game!

So you are going to relase a grand campaign? The sub campaigns was one reason for me to drop RTR, I like big campaigns were you just play and dont have to follow a story line.

Yep, but the release date is still unknown, but it shouldn't take too long
