    Default Disabling unrest/revolts

    Hey guys, quick question:

    I'd like to play BI in a semi-'sandbox' mode with one of the roman factions. I've been looking for a while on how to disable revolts, or unrest. I know in RTW the SPQR had a flag that disabled unrest, but I can't remember what it was. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

    Bump.

    I had done it with my previous install before I had deleted it. Basically the quesiton is, what makes S.P.Q.R. unique in the text files?
