    Default Citadel's and Dismounted Teutonic Knight

    Hi all...Just Installed SS6.3 First time I am playing a MTW2 Mod...I've played and worked with RTW, but need a change.

    I am exploring the game, and noticed that the Citadel's can't be built and as a result some top units aren't available.

    For example the dismounted Teutonic Knights (I know they are different name in the game, begins with an R)

    So what gives? When or how can I get them??

    SS6.3 uses RealRecruitment which means some units aren't available until they were historically available. Events need to fire in-game before they become available and appear on the building browser.

    I played as the TO and I think you can get the Foot Ritterbruders from the beginning, but you probably need the Citadel level. Citadels can't be built for the same reason they couldn't be built in Vanilla M2 and I'm guessing RTW: the population is too small.

    To find out when units will appear, check the export_descr_buildings.txt file.

    Thanks for the feeback...So in the settings if I click of the Real Recruitment it will enable them?

    Generally speaking when I try a new Mod, I explore it the first few weeks...basically using the command prompt to see the full potential of each faction, by building town or castle settlement to the max.

    I had built the capital of Konigsberg to 12,500 people, that should have been enough for the citadel. Additionally, I had done this with England, and built London to 24,000 people...same issue.

    I will check the export_descr_building txt. as you suggested.

    again I appreciate you both pointing me in the right direction.

    Citadels need a population of 17000, while Huge City requires 32000.
    Hovering the cursor over your current population will reveal the number required for the next upgrade.

    Huge Cities are 34 000.
