Problem with messages, missions and other information

I have a very, very strange bug
When I play a campaign and when is the beginning of turn, some information in left, down corner isn't exist. Sometime a some factions have a alliance or declare war, but information don't show in corner. Sometime shows, but not always.

My priests, merchants or other agents when they get new trait, no such information isn't shown. ( except generals or family named character) And should...
What is wrong? I do not know which file is responsible for it ... If anyone has met similar problem?

Probably it's export_descr_character_traits...I searched two faction name error. For the time being it's fine... If I longer work on my mod, than more stupid mistakes : )

It depends upon on what trait it is like:-

    Level Aspiring_Commander
        Description Aspiring_Commander_desc
        EffectsDescription Aspiring_Commander_effects_desc
        GainMessage Aspiring_Commander_gain_desc
        LoseMessage Aspiring_Commander_lose_desc
        Threshold  2 

        Effect Command  2

You put that and it will show up when a particular character gains it.

Probably, but in my export_descr_character_traits were a some error with factions name. Maybe it was a problem.
