Game Store
hi so i walked into the shop down the town today to pre order my shogun, i was after the collecters eddition (with the art book & all) but the only had chess set up on the web, now funny thing is they call this limited edition with chess set, in they had a diffrant one wrote down super collectors eddition...
now i know this isnt CA's fault but games lack of comunication to each other...
Any way i preordered it (free preorder just pay on the day) and was told to keep cheaking the site see if it apperd on there or they edited details, but my question realy lies down as.
what exactly is CA selling to game? or even other game company's?
I was asking hear due to not knowing exactly who to ask in game even the manger didnt have a clue its just what was on there system

Re: Game Store
I'd be cautious about ordering anything from a store which didn't have any details on what you wanted. You might walk away ok, but don't be surprised if something gets screwed up.
Shop around and find a retailer that knows the product they are selling.
The extra development time will allow us to finalize and polish Empire, making it the most accomplished and epic of the Total War series." said Kieran Brigden, Studio Communications Manager at The Creative Assembly. "There is a great deal of anticipation around Empire: Total War and we want to ensure that it is the benchmark for strategy games upon its release.

Re: Game Store
Also I can't see the game selling out on day one so I'm sure he could change his order and it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Also where are you from? Because I'v only heard of the chess set being sold in Australia.
