Upgrading my graphics card (Radeon 4890)
Hi I have a Radeon 4890.
It's a wonderful card and still performs well. However I am afraid that when Shogun 2 Total War comes out (among others, such as AC Brotherhood, Portal 2, etc) it will not be able to run 1920x1200 maxed out settings.
Also, I want a DX11 card as mine is DX10.
What is a good card? Radeon only please, I do not want a nuclear reactor.
I was told 6850 was good. Is this true? What of the 69xx series?
Also my Power Supply is only 650Watts. So that may be a factor although I don't plan to do crossfire.

Be real.

Most important thing to tell us is your budget. Whatever fits that will earn you a recommendation. As far as power consumption / heat levels in Nvidia's cards that does not apply to the GF110 / GF114 chips (GTX 460, 570, 580)

Buy 6870 for that resolution 650W is more than enough or else wait for 69xx series if you're a Radeon only guy.
