You would have to delete the campaign script part that has that line. Ther are many, many, spawn scripts. So if you try, make sure to back up file first.

I did it for 1.4 but not 1.4.1 and it took around 45 minutes to do.

What i found was, removing all the spawn armies makes the ai boring, so if you are going to do it i would suggest giving them either extra money per turn and/or give them a bunch of rebel settlements.

The file you need to edit is in - Medieval2 folder\mods\Call_Of_Warhammer\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\campaign_script.txt
To remove each one seperately find all the tags that say
    "Spawn_army"
and delete down until you see the word "end"

I would like to keep these armies but not showing in front of my town and attacking me the same turn that's just spoils the fun to me.

Few minutes a go before writing this post i played with Dwarves. And i had to defend my lands from Vardek who was going excatly with his henchmen on my capitol .Eventually Only one of his armies got to the Karak but it was also defeated, the price for that was high my king, heir and a good general died .

My point is during his march I was preparing, scheming how to stop him and that made quiet a lot of more fun then trilions of chaos stacks spawning at my castle and taking it immedeatly.Even if i lost i would still be satisfied.

Also i must noticed that those armies didn't moved in the classic tw way it's like they where teleported ( Must be yet another script but i liked this one more but still it is anoying since sometimes i put my armies in the tight mountain passes where you must attack them).

And my GOD those flying Sorcerers are anoying they once killed more 30% of my army without even gething close to it !!!

The "teleporting" armies are a bit annoying/enraging, yes. I'd like to have the possibility to intercept them in open battle (also avoiding CTDs and poor AI behaviour in siege battles), but probably there isn't other way to make the AI move that armies to their "natural" destination.
It's only after you have lost everything, that you are free to do anything.

That is because the ai alone can't move through the map cause is simply too much stupid to do it, i would like too to see vardek crom's army marching through the mountains and ambush him but is imposible since the ai would never do that, it would simply go back to his territory, ruining the whole fun of fighting it

As far as I know, an army can be scripted to do anything. For example an army would be scripted to spawn 2 turn away from a city and then go there and attack.
But any interruption in that script would cause a CTD. So that's why armies spawn right beside and attack instantly.
