How many starting action points do you usually use in your campaigns?
I usually double the given 60.
What's your number?

I used to do that too, but it seems too easy to blitz the crap out of your enemies before they even notice. That way I destroyed the ERE with the sassanids in ~15 turns.

Well, I roleplay, so I don't blitz.

It's in the FAQ. Go to your rtw folder/ibfd/data and open descr_character.txt.
Change the starting action points (scroll down a bit and you'll see) from 60 to whatever number that is not more than around 200.
