Default Installing BC 2.02 without steam

I'm new to the modding community. Does anyone know how to install Broken Crescent 2.02 without steam? I own the hard copy of M2TW. thanks!

When I tried to install it again, it says it has not been fully installed because it can't create the following file: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval Total War\bc.$$A
what does this mean? should I try installing BC 1.0 or 2.0 before 2.02?
    thanks again

    From the installation thread:

You need to re-instal the game. You don't need either 1.05 or 2.0; it is enough to download 2.02.
