    Default For Aslan!

    I'm building a Narnia mod. Nothing massive for now, just custom battles with 4 factions knocked together fairly fast. Another 4 factions in the pipeline and a campaign map about half-done (which is to say terrain but not regions/cities yet.)

    Base maps and some skins by Comrade_General
    Coding, text, ideas, other skins by Jubal_Barca
    Credits list is exactly as for Warhammer: Total War, which is used as the base and to which I'll link fairly soon.

    Factions:
    Royal Narnia - Centaurs, Dwarfs, Humans and Talking Beasts give a very wide range of troop types
    Telmarine Narnia - Tough pikemen & swordsmen with crossbows, archers, and deadly knights
    Wasteland Marauders - Berserk warriors, black Dwarfs, savage wolves, and other very powerful hth troops
    Kingdom of Archenland - Powerful knights in formation backed up by peasants with spears, dogs, and slings

    Planned:
    Empire of Calormen
    Kingdom of Old Telmar
    Dwarfen Republic
    Giants of Harfang

    Screenies coming when I can be asked to take some. 4 faction custom battle release prolly occuring next weekend.

    No beavers unless I find a modeller. Badgers, centaurs, wolves, and dwarfs are among units in there so far though.

    Although I thought there already was another mod for Narnia somewhere, I do know it was never completed.

    Shouldn't beavers be able to use the same skeleton as badgers?

    Finished fleshing out the Archenland unit roster with infantry retainers, slingers, and wardogs, and I've added giants for the marauder faction. Also, next weekend when I do the beta release some map screenies will also be appearing.

    @wlesmana: Yesh, but I don't have a modeller - the units are a mix of Warhammer, Native, and other models that were donated/loaned for WHTW (hence that I put the credits list as still applying). It still looks fairly distinctive due to some good resizing and scaling work and a bit of creative reskinning, but sadly I am and only ever have been a coder. The only new models which AFAIK aren't in any other total conversion are some centaurs that Bwian made back in the day (the badger is a reskin of a lizardman Bwian made, they don't look great but they're obviously badgers at least).

    @Lucarius: Again, lack of models, I'm knocking this together with what I have to hand unless I can find a good model-maker with some time.
