Try reading this: http://www.tweakguides.com/Graphics_9.html
You can also google for a more wider opinion on whether to enable or leave it disabled.
V-Sync is called Vertical Synchronization. In simpleton term we use this VSync to match our 3D application's(games) frame rate(fps=frames per second) with monitor's refresh rate/frequency generally it's 60Hz.
Why? It prevents the tearing up of images which is noticeable if your fps rate is higher than the refresh rate. It's more noticeable in racing games where terrain changes instantly.
If benchmarking your system, it should be disabled though.
So now you have to check what's your monitor refresh rate and the fps you get when V-Sync is off if it's more then use it otherwise don't use it.

Thank you all for the replay and link
I ask this becose on my MTWII and kingdoms V sync is on, i got 16 mods on my MTW II most of them V sync is on but one of them is turned off every time i play this mod I put it on manually I dont know if I have to put on or just leave like that? (mod Broken cresent)
Same with one mod I put the video settings resolution 1650 and save it but every time i play that mod it go,s back to 1485 resolution ? (mod Falcom TW)
My grafic card: 1GB GDDR 5 SApphire Radeon HD 4890, monitor is: P223W Lcd flatscreen 22 inch widescreen : http://www.all-monitors.com/monitors...pos/acer_p223w
That's probably because your .cfg is set to read only type uncheck that option and your changes will remain so that you can overwrite them when made in game.![]()
Thanks mate, ill do it tonight
