    Default 'Wandering' Civilians, Animals, Etc.

In Napoleon, there was a chance of cavalry horses being separated from their rider, but still living and running off on their own.

If that's possible in NTW, couldn't it be possible to add wandering (and panicking, during sieges) civilians, animals, etc. to STW2?

They did say something about "wildlife", didn't see any civilian in the sieges though.
IIUC, there wouldn't have been any in japanese castles though anyway.

Actually, civilians taking refuge in castles to escape from pillaging armies weren't uncommon.

Sort of makes sense...apart from the fact the castles would most likely be the next target of attack...

Burning guardposts with sleeping sentries still inside lol.

Back on topic: It still hasen't been confirmed if there will be besiegable cities in S2TW. Thus, wait and ogle at wildlife for now. (seagulls only, no cows/horses)

Deer will also make an appearance on the battlefields, and they'll be able to be used as indicators if an enemy is hiding in woods, as they'll run away

Just like "World in Conflict", civvies running

would love to see that too, another level of realism.

Yeah, but then you'd dispatch all your light cavalry to run down the civilians, and by the time they made it to the fight, they'd be tired!
If you rep me, leave your name. I'll look more kindly on your future transgressions.
