Tzeench sorcerers seem very tough and quite too much powerful in long range combat as they armour is very high, have 2 points hp, are very fast to retreat and , seems invulnarable to counterfire, and use their potent magic as machigun. I look at a battle with Kislev with little Hochlang army: they alone destroyed half of Kislev army. Kislev Cavalry tried to attack tehm but were destroyed or routed before to touch them.

Just have one cavalry act as a decoy and have another charge from the sides or rear. If they are occupied with your infantry or even your allies, quickly send one cavalry unit to dispatch of them. They are terrible melee fighters

I think that for a not human enemy they are impossible, I saw they fighting against AI and seem debalancing. If I had to fight them probably I will try with artillery as that tactic is usable only when they have not a whole army around.

Yes in player assisted battle perhaps. But AI auto resolves so certian field tactics dont apply. So might be well balanced there.

Wizards are meant to be over the top, to bring fantasy and dread to the battlefield. A few units do that, and I imagine your average 'spear and a cap'-infantry would

their pants and the elite would tremble when 12(?) Sorcerers of Chaos were about to rain death down on them. That would, if lacking in cavalry or artillery, be the time to retreat and have a go another day..

Are the Tzeentch sorcerers bugged in 1.41? They worked in 1.4, but now they stand around and never shoot.

Yeah, that's my fault. Me and my Slaaneshi buddies were smoking Skooma with them the day before 1.4.1 was released. So when they came back to work they were higher then a kite... Sorry about that.

What exactly does the flashing white troop banner mean, the regiment has lower morale or something?

Pocktio imagines Tzeentch sorcerors to be a magnitude of pain worse.

it means they are frightened, and with a little push they will broke morale and flee

It means they are Broken, does it not? If Broken, and have a direction to go in, they will run and be captured if attacked in melee, or Last Stand if they are blocked, often causing large amounts of damage in the process.
