Important Note: 1.4.4 Full English has the BETTER WATER Folder removed, But I forgot the descr_water, descr_water_effects, descr_water_interaction_effects

Please also use common Torrent etiquette! (Whats this you ask?) Its where you seed at least as much as you downloaded. Yes this means you. You enjoyed having the convenience of a torrent, so help spread the joy!
Here is a link to Full Installation Instructions - Alternative thread by Russian Gondor. It has 1.4 in a non-torrent format for those who do not wish to use a torrent.
All these submods are Universal for game play {Meaning they add immersion without being subjective to play style, ie, they don't effect unit stats and such. Though ones taste might say otherwise.}Or ae alternative envirometal mods.

Details: A small little mod that Auto boots the FPS_Booster when launching the game and kills (or ends if you prefer) the program when exiting.
Facts:FPS_Booster , a small non invasive program that increases frames per second{FPS}FPS_Booster is packaged in the game {By CoW Team}
Why is this important?: Helps reduce Graphic lag in Battles when High number of units is on the field.
RedDwarf's Opinion:I personally love this auto start/kill and the Frame rate boost is great even for high end computers! Its not a matter of taste but of performance. Perhaps a tad bit of laziness too
2- GallopersEnglish voices for Call of Warhammer Latest versionHere
Details:This mod add unique faction voices and other sounds in English language.
Facts: Uses many non-vanilla Medieval 2 voices.
Why is this important?: Immersion
RedDwarf's Opinion: What can I say. If your not using this mod! You probably have no speakers
2- Open the package up one level{Past the first packaging folder called 1.4.4 Full English Complete}
3- Now you should be one level down in the package and looking at the Call_of_Warhammer Folder.
4- Extract this to your C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods {Your path might be different, just make sure you target the mods folder.
5- For those that do not know how to create shortcuts, or apply icons to there shortcuts. Go to the bottom spoiler of this post.
6- Steam users You must also edit your registry.{As of right now follow the link to Gigantus's instructions, I will later re post his instructions with specifics for this mod}
7- Please people if you do not know how to work around UAC{Mine is on and I have NO problems}Which means "User Account Controls" Follow the link for How To Fix UAC and VirtualStore Problems
8- Same goes for VirtualStore .
If you still have problems, know that it is an issue on your end! For the game works fine for me.
With that said, please let me know here and we will do what we can.

Step by step instruction
1. Install your brand new mod, but make sure to change your install directory as follows:
32-bit Windows Users:
From - C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War
To - C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\medieval ii total war
64-bit Windows Users:
From - C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War
To - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\medieval ii total war\mods\Call_of_Warhammer<--what your path needs to be
2. Repeat step one for any other parts\patches of this mod
3. Download the Kingdoms Launcher App<--Steam tool designed by Squid. This tool modifies the necessary registry entries to enable a mod start via Steam's Medieval II\Kingdoms Launcher.
4. Run the Kingdoms Launcher App, click "File\New Mod".
Details to be entered: Quote: Mod Name: Enter the Name that you wish to be displayed in the Launcher Config File: Browse to the CFG file of your new mod
Language: Should be "English"
Path: browse to the path of your new mod, eg mods\NewMod
Game EXE: choose whether your mod is for kingdoms or Medieval II
Click "OK"
Example for Third Age mod:
Mod name: Call_of_Warhammer 1.4.4
Config File: warhammer.cfg

5. Run Kingdoms from within Steam, you should see your mod on the list when you click the "Play" button.

In the Spoiler you will find solutions to common problems

1-Open your warhammer mod folder find the warhammer Window Batch File.
2-Right click it, you will get a pop up with many options, go down to option send to. A sub menu pop up will be next to it. Select the Desktop (create shortcut)
3-Now you could leave it at that. But lets add the proper icon to it. Find your newly created short cut on the desktop. It will look like 2 gears and say warhammer short cut.
4-Right click the short cut, select properties.
5-On the new pop up do not worry about all the tabs at the top. What you whant is on the tab you are on. Click the change icon button near the bottom.
6-Now it might open in the Call_of_Warhammer mod folder. But it might not. So if it dose not direct it to the Call_of_Warhammer mod folder. You will have to manually direct it to there.
7-Now choose the setup ICON file, click ok and your good to go.
