Default Thracians where not 80% naked troops, please fix that

Historicaly, thracians were greek barbarians, and wore greek clothes only their wargear was a little bit different (thracian helmet, rhomphaia,...), my suggestions:
-use the alexander agrianian javelinman model for thracian peltasts and give them a rhomphaia instead of a sword
-give the tracian thorakitai greek clothes, not a loincloth
-for the thracian cavalry also use the agrianian javelinman from alexander, but don't give them a rhomphaia (cavalry)
-the thracians of roma surrectum are very realistic, maybe you can use them as sample...
    Sorry for my English...

The Thracians and other barbarians close to Greece were certainly influenced by Greek culture, but it would be a stretch to describe them as Greek. Influence in military equipment ran in both directions, with Greek light troops being heavily influenced by the equipment and tactics of the barbarians, while the wealthier barbarians adopted heavier and more expensive Greek equipment. Prior to the game period there were Gallic tribes migrating through the region, arriving in Greece right at the start of the game period, so there was also a significant influence from that direction. For example, the thureos or 'door shield' (seen on units like the Illyrian Peltasts and Thureophoroi) was probably adopted from the Galatians.

    some people do.

I'm with the OP (don't want to spell all his name!) and I think that the thracians are the most civilised (from a western point of view) barbarian faction in the game, and that way, depicting the core troops as naked unwashed barbarians is unrealistic.

It is true that many thracian, getic and llyrian tribes were unhellenised (or uncivilised if you want to), like the bastarnae, followed a cuasi celtic tradition of fighting naked, but many of the other tribes and people wore chain armor (by celtic influence, came from the migrating celtic people) or more hellenised clothes (in the thracian pontic shore)

Also remember that macedonians were seen as barbarians by the greeks

"And i think that the Thracians are the most civilised ... "

That is debatable and a matter of perspective.

"Civilization" in general is a matter of perspective. I would imagine all peoples, whether Greek or Thracian or Roman or whatever, considered themselves "civilized" in their own manner and I seriously doubt any of the "barbarians" referred to themselves as such. Modern conceptions aside, "barbarian" to the Greeks generally referred to anyone or anything that was foreign rather than any sort of savage nature. Let's not forget, both the Persians and Romans were deemed to be barbarians in Greek eyes (and vice versa, with the Persians and Romans considering the Greeks to be barbarians) even though we today all count them among the so-called "civilized" peoples.
