Help with creating new Faction.

I really need help, everytime i try to do this even when i follow every step of the guides, it fails immediately. Most common is the error that returns me to singplayer seletion screen. And i don't see the new emblem of the new faction. And more. Just everything fails here. And then i can reïnstall the entire game.

My plan was to create the folowing factions:
- Ireland
- Holland

They don't need any special things. But even without the special stuff, i fail
So.... can someone plz create a working mod with these 2 factions.
The mod must be based on the Custom Campaign Mod 2. And the factions must be playable in the Custom Campaign --> Alternate Grand Campaign.

I will give some more info:
Ireland must have Dublin as only city
Holland(since there's no dutch city) must have Antwerp.
And i want ireland to be green.
And Holland orange with blue.

I hope soon someone will help me..... Because when i do this everything just crashes.

Haha, i know.... I already used the tutorials by Gigantus..... But still i fail. I'll give it another try.
