[Dubh the dark]

Hi, my HP slimline pavillion S3000 motherboard blew, something I've since found is a rather common problem. Rather than pay 3-400 for repairs, I've been looking at some AMD gaming towers;

Are these worth the price? I'd need windows 7 and the default graphics cards are pretty poor so I'd upgrade that, what would you suggest for a package?
