Whats the difficullt playing on M/M?Is this diff pretty chalenging for the start?

-I downloaded some Fixes.exe (7.85mb) is this all the fixes that i need?

Might as well try it on M/M and see how it goes, if its too easy or hard start a new game and adjust it accordingly

Usually if you bother to ask the difficulty don't start higher than H/H.

It also depends on what faction you plan on playing. H/H with England is a lot different than H/H with the Crusader States for example.
