First off all,hi to all!
I am new here,so I need some basic info about mod-not about install etc,but maybe some CTD problem and so.
Whats the difficullt playing on M/M?Is this diff pretty chalenging for the start?

No CTD, the mod is far more stable than let's say Stainless Steel. Better for you not to save from 1202-1205 and 1217-1221 cause of the Fourth Crusade and the Mongol Invasion that can cause occasional CTD.

Difficulty, it depends, there are some factions more or less easy like the Abbasids or Byzantines, and others extremely hard like Georgians or Turks. My first time with BC I played Abbasids and it was a hell of a fun.
