I wish to play Crusades using the SS mod, apparently SS also mods the Crusades because I found Canons of the Holy Sepulcher in there (Its a unit from Jerusalem).

You're talking about the Kingdoms Crusades campaign? No, SS doesn't mod that. No, you can't do that.
You can try Broken Crescent though.

Link. BC has nothing to do with SS, it's just another epic mod out there, but focusses on the Middle-east.
