Generals Ages?

How would i be able to make new generals i have recruted ages younger as i have many generals who are aged 30+ is there any chance i can change the age to 16 or under 20 so that i can have there full service for rome, as by the time my general becomes good he is on his death bed dying of old age? but if i can make it so he starts of young then i can have more time to use him for the greatness of rome

only way to get named characters at a young age is that they come from one of your familys but you have no real influence on that...
when recruiting Generals you dont have any influence on that either...

so...No...you can do nothing

i use to mod back in 2007 for m2 and there was a way to change the ages i just cant rember how to do it, or if it can be for rome, i think u can change the start age to 13 so there is more chance of a younger general but im not 100% sure

it is possible to have good generals before they are past it just use them more :L i have a 30 year old general who is awesome cus he was used in my recent conquest of spain
