THE PROJECT

THE PROJECT is, as the name might suggest, a long term project. The goal is to acquire as much information, that emphasizes the superiority of the left, and to compile it in one place. Once that is accomplished, THE PROJECT shall serve as an invaluable source of information to be relied upon in any argument that may occur on or off site, as the source for possible literary material should any member wish to write for the cause, or even as a mere source of morale and source of ethical renewal to any faltering comrades.

Of course, my brainchild is still an infant, and will need not only need information, but also a method of organization. Any help will be very appreciated.

I'd just like to point out that under communism the top 1% controls 0% of the wealth, the next 20% controls 0% of the wealt, and the bottom 80% controls 0% of the wealth. And that's 101% btw.

Marx was a theorist with a goal in mind, a change in society. Some people went straight for that society like the spanish anarchist movements and others used the popularity of those ideas to impose their will on peoples like Lenin, Mao and Stalin. The fact that they exploited these ideas doesn't mean they become the sum of those ideas.

Communism as a word needs to disappear in favour of something like libertarian socialism because of all the negative connotations these associations have.

If you asked me about the most successful communist 'nations' then I would say you were talking crap because how can you have a 'communist' nation when it is supposed to lead to a stateless society, but if you asked me for the most successful communist groups then I would probably name Spain.

Oh God didnt realise how important semantics were. So if we can assume your line of thought to be true than communism hasnt really been tried, can we not than assume that "communism" is impossible and inevitably leads to the states created by Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Castro, Kim Il Sung ? To discount all these people who espouse communism and say they werent really communist is misleading in my opinion and sets the stage for their terrible ideas to be tried anew.
