It is, but copies some files to the main folder, but does not overwrite any vanilla rtw files, IIRC

Vanilla you can, other mods i dont know, depends if they are modfoldered aswell.. best thing to do is have multiple copies of the RTW folder, i have 4, one with vanilla and no mods, one with LotR TW, another with Roma Surrectum II and another with Europa Barbarorum

it surely has no problem with other mods (if they are modfoldered of course). and it will be around 800 mb when updated to 2.08
