Using Windows 7 (64 bit) on my MacBook Pro

Hi,

I'm a complete newbie to this part of the forum, but I'm having a bit of a dilemna. I have a MacBook Pro and I run Windows via BootCamp. I have 4 gig of RAM, but because I'm using 32 bit Windows XP, only 2.17 of that ram is available for Windows apps.

I posted a thread in the RSII forum, but Brusilov also encouraged me to post a thread here.

Basically, at this point, I'm trying to decide if $119 (what an OEM version of Windows 7 Home Edition will cost with shipping from Newegg) will result in a noticeable increase in performance, especially with games like Oblivion and Empire TW.

I welcome any help and reasonable suggestions.
