Steam or other Error

Hi,

I have a clean STEAM installation of Rome, BI and Alex. Now when I launch Alex it first starts and then crashes because it acnnot find forest elephants and javeline something...what do I do?

I use the alex.exe and have BI and alex in a different directory then Rome - all from Steam - where to install the mod? Do I need to create a new folder for it or really just copy it in one of the Steam folders?
