Mithlond warriors and Eregion smiths...how to recruit?

Pretty sure you need to capture "Ost-In-Edhil" to recruit Eregion Smiths, and for Mithlond warriors I am pretty sure you just need the highest level barracks in Mithlond, its only recruit able there

Well if i remember correct
Eregion Smiths: They are made by Louis Lux. Remember to Credit him. And to answer your question. You need Ost-in-Gil to make the Smiths.
The Mithlond warriors. Well i think that you need Mithlond? With high enough Armoury and Barrack upgrade? Like in Ost-in-Gil.

HE start with the Mithlond city, yes. And Mithlond Warriors are theirs too.

For the Smiths I believe certain other conditions have to be met before they become available. But it has been a while since I played this mod.

From the descr_buildings: recruit_pool "Elven Smiths" 1 0.12 2 0 requires factions { egypt, } and region_religion orthodox 80 and event_counter lindon_completed 1
