Why do you want too. Do you want to decrease the time to upload/download the file. Otherwise thier is no need.
Follow the readme
ie create a text file in the same directory as the xpak.exe and the batch file then in the text file have the First line UI_0 and then on the next line have C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome-Total wardata\UI\Romans\test.tga ( whatever the files are you wish to pack) do this for every file on a separate line then run xpak batch file with the line -pf test so right click the batch file and replace the top line withCreate a text file, on the first line write the name of the new pak file you wish to create.
Each line after that list the name and absolute or relitive path of the filename,
somewhere in the path you MUST have a data folder as all files are stored relitive to the data folder.
Run xpak with the "-pf" argument followed by the name of your new text file. See the sample.zip if you are unclear on the process.
if the text file created earlier is "test.txt" then run the batch file and the pak file will be createdxpak.exe -v -pf test.txt
Rock!?!?!
