rising nations mod won't install

I have eu3 IN 3.2 and i downloaded the rising nations mod. I dragged the mod folder and .mod file into the eu3 mod folder but in the launcher dropdown, the mod won't show. Any help?

I would also like to know the answer to this question, as i tried to install it on Httt and couldn't get it to appear in the drop down menu either, but then again i've never installed an eu3 mod before,so i don't really know if i was doing it right. (All i did was extract the rising nations folder to the mod folder-not even sure if that was what i was meant to do)

Strange that is all i have ever done with mods(place the whole file in the mod file) and they then appear in the centre drop down , although i have not tried this mod that you mention i have tried plenty of others. EVEn if the mod wont work with the version your using ( which i have now having gone to deevine wind none of my mods match it , they still apear in this list (but crash if i try run them now as again not compatable with devine wind.

Sorry not much help i know but atleast you know it should work with just placing the file in there oh you have removed the dummy text file?? and did the mod come with another seperate file the mods i have have the mods game folder and then 1 seperate file ( i figure to get the game to recognise the mod??
