Default why no flaming arrows for Jerusalem Longbowmen??

How can i make jerusalem longbowmen firing flaming arrows? i mean i tried editing the descr projectile but without success. Jerusalem Longbowmen are good but without flaming arrows i have to rely on turkopole archers for burning some enemy ram of siege tower. Its not that i hate turkopole archers cos they'r really good aswell & got long range missiles but i'd like to have a good unit of long range flaming archers of Latins.. if its possible

why do you care? foot archers in BC tend to suck. They can't kill anything that is not a levy and run out of arrows within moments. The hybrid archers are useful only because they can serve as melee infantry after they run out of arrows in 10 seconds

as i said, i want the flaming arrows for jerusalem longbowmen to be able to burn incoming rams & siege towers but i agree cos i also like to cause damage with hails of arrows on the enemy & it sucks when they quickly run out of arrows. I don't know how, but i'm sure there's a way how to increase arrows .

I also noticed some missile units DON'T fire arrows over the walls & land on the enemy behind the walls like in vanilla or other rmods, even with a short wooden fence, sometimes from a unit of 120 archers or crossbowmen only maybe 15 or 20 fire arrows over walls or none of them

Sometimes it is better idea to post a question in the Mod Workshop.

I customized my 2.02 edu(export_descr_units) this file commands all unit stats, including what projectile the unit fires, as well as the amount of ammunition it has. I think realistically, most medieval archers prolly carried about 2 dozen or so arrows with them, and perhaps more if they had space on their mount for more ammo.
Its too bad that you cant "stock up" on ammunition during a siege, that would be cool, cuz they would be in a settlement, there would prolly be an ammo storage shack somewheres where they could pick up more arrows or whatever.

yeah, me too... for battles i don't really care about arrow ammo cos i only use archers for the first part of the battle when playing with European factions between each other, but for sieges, especially when i rely on catapults & trebuchets to smash the walls, towers & gate, sometimes it takes a long time, so either them or my archers used to run out of ammo, thats why i decided to raise their ammo aswell... I made my trebuchets & catapults with deadly accuracy also & added 2 more catapults to a unit , so instead of 2 catapults/trebuchets per unit now i have 4
