There is the GUAM (Grand Unit AdOn Mod) that puts all Kingdom units into the grand campaign. Also, Stainless Steel and a few others use the completely reskinned and redesigned Byzantine army in their campaigns.

Kingdoms Grand Campaign Mod adds the Kingdoms roster as well. I'd suggest SS, though. It's just an amazing mod.

The Basileia ton Romaion submod for SS, it ain't for SS 6.3 though....

SS 6.3 includes the CBUR submod (Complete Byzantine Unit Roster). Broken Crescent has a fantastic Roman roster too. If you'd like to get only the Kingdoms units get KGCM (Kingdom's Grand Campaign Mod).
